Community Coached Run/Walk/Run Group

Trailstrong Running offers year-round coached running focused on the Run/Walk/Run method pioneered by Jeff Galloway. During the Winter Season, we run 2 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays with an occasional Saturday.

Monday: We start at 5:30pm; then head out for a 45minute run/walk. We return and finish off with a stretch routine.

Wednesday: We start at 5:30pm and often do hills, intervals, or some flat work on these days. We return and finish off with a stretch routine.

Saturday: This is our long day starting at 8:30 and heading out for 4-5 miles returning to the trailhead at 10:00 for a 15-20 min Mobility Routine. Those wanting the group pre-hab & strength stay later after mobility - all together finishing by 10:45.

The Run Group is broken up into three seasons throughout the year with the next group starting October 20:

Spring Season: February - May ($50)

Summer Season: June - October ($65)

Winter Recovery Season: November - January ($50)
