








Community Coached Run/Walk/Run Group
Trailstrong Running offers year-round coached running focused on the Run/Walk/Run method pioneered by Jeff Galloway. We run 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.
Monday: We start with optional Pre-Hab Strength Training at 5:15pm; then head out for a 30-40minute run/walk at 5:45pm. We return and finish off with a stretch routine.
Wednesday: We start at 5:45pm and often do hills, intervals, or some flat work on these days. We return and finish off with a stretch routine.
Saturday: This is our long day starting at 9:00 and heading out for 4-5 miles returning to the trailhead at 10:00 for a 15-20 min Mobility Routine. Those pursuing longer distances such as half marathons start earlier in the morning (7:30). Those wanting the group pre-hab & strength stay later after mobility - all together finishing by 10:45.
The Run Group is broken up into three seasons throughout the year with the next group starting June 9:
Spring Season: February - May ($50)
Summer Season: June - October ($65)
Winter Recovery Season: November - January ($50)
